I closed this blog to move on to Livejournal.. but i can't access it here.. So i'm updating my family and friends with this blog...
It's my 3rd day here in BeiJing.. I quite miss home..
Day1: Monday 8Oct07
Met at the airport at 6.30am. But I was abit late.. Then went to check in my luggage with Audrey!! I was the 2nd last to arrive!! Ahhh.. Then went to change in BITC T-shirt.. Took group photo and soon it was time to enter the customs. Drey hugged her mum and I almost cried. I'll definitely cry if I hugged my parents. So we waved and said goodbye..
Then walked around in the Duty-free area and then soon it was time to board.. I was abit scared when the plane tok off.. And we encountered some turbulences.. Or else, it was a nice flight..
IT was abit hectic at the luggage collection area, then we collected and went to tkae the bus to BITC. REached around 4plus pm... Then went to our rooms.. Quite dirty actually.. Coz vacant for 2months.. Then we tidied abit and had dinner then went opposite to the JinKeLong supermarket to buy some essentials.. Dettol, Vitagen, floor mat, biscuits, drinks, mineral water and stuff.. And spent 100.50RMB. about S$20... For quite alot of stuffs.. Then tidied the room and went to bed at 11plus..
Day2: Tuesday 9Oct
Today had breakfast at the canteen.. Porride and doughsticks.. Bland... Then had orientation tour and shopping at JinKeLong again.. Then had lunch and then had welcoming ceremony before we went back room to do housework.. It's qbit tiring actually.. Went on my knees to wipe the floor... I seldom do that at home one lor.. Tired.. Then went out for dinner at JinBaiWan Restaurant.. a not so authentic BeiJing Roast Duck.. So so la.. Then went back hostel to rest...
Day3: Wednesday 10Oct
Today had milo and biscuits for breakfast... Then reported for work.. There's nothing much for majority of the group to do cause teh Student Technical Officers(TOs) had to "up" the system.. Then we went around and went JinKeLong again.. Took too long out and got a scolding in the noon... Hmm.. My phone card no $$$$ le.. They never tell us 1minute 8RMB. Never tell us call the discount4RMB way. Then now have to top up. Anyway, at nite I wore my long johns, t0shirt and then my long sweater and gloves before we went out for dinner.. And it still feels cool when the breeze comes.. Thankfully never got chosen for Batch 4.. Winter super cannot take it.. Went to a noodle house.. Then came back and did housekeeping.. Now the rooms looks super neat.. Hahah.. Will upload photos 2mr.. Going to bed now..
