This holiday is not an enjoyable one... i got my results.. it's bad la.. 2As, 3B+, 2Bs.. Who ask me to slack.. they accumulate GPA one lor.. i shud be happy this sem la.. coz it helped pull up my total GPA.. 3.685.. Last sem was 3.857... dropped alot la.. too slacked le.. keep telling myself not to slack.. but in the end still slack... now regret lor.. n so lucky MR Tham still believe in me give me good grades for OOPP.. i tot i'd get a C or D with such lousy presentation..

Den joined OGL.. actually i pulled out before the exam.. coz there's actually a camp rite after exams and if we join, have to commit the entire month and there's no holidays at all.. super tiring.. So me and Drey pulled out.. den last week 3 people contacted me ask me join again.. I wavered n joined.. Now abit regret..

Tuesday onwards everyday go back school.. quite tiring la.. but can meet new frens.. some of them really extremely hyper lor!! in the morning we played orientation games to familiarise with the games so that we can better explain them to the freshies on the actual event.. i joined Jiaqi and her classmates.. abit out sometimes la.. Den left at 3.30pm.. got sth on..

Next day more eventful.. n started the dance.. the freshies have to present a peroformance and we have to learn some dance and teach them la.. at 1st they said there's someone teaching so i tot shud be quite fun la.. In the end they said the person had something on cant make it den end up we have to choreograph ourselves.. i have no background and am quite stiff la.. so end up being quite useless lor..

Jiaqi and a Malay gal choreographed some steps to the song Run It.. a modern dance segment.. IT's supposed to be like a storyline dance, with robotic (early morning wake up)-->rush( to school/ work)-->modern (thru the day)-->pair dance( Dating after work)-->Disco(party time)... Den me n Sze Kee tot pair dance easier to learn n dance la.. so we went one side to try to think of some steps but was unfruitful..

Earlier we spent ALOT of time choosing the songs and i tot some of the others were quite displeased at our "slack attitude".. becoz there's actually lots of work to be done.. choreograph, practice for 5 songs!! it's wednesday and next morning 11am have to show at least 1 proper dance to the seniors and it's aready quite late la..

Other departments also quite hectic i feel.. but also slack slack.. except the finale dept which we are a part of actually.. They rehearsed the skit actively and were very hardworking.. Some helped the props dept build up stuffs.. others busied with the logistics stuff...

actually i feel that they are quite disorganised la.. only the finale super active with their own stuff only.. every morning we play games together (minus finale people).. den 3pm after lunch do own stuff like help props dept make props or help logistics dept buy materials for props dept..

but tuesday super slack lor.. they were actually playing games in the noon when there's so much stuff undone!! it's quite ridiculous la.. in the morning they had said that there's lots of stuff undone.. seniors last year took 3 weeks to finish a MRT prop.. n we are only left with 2 weeks plus and nothing has started much.. still collecting newspapers and cardboards and stuff only.. like they dun really worry about the deadline at all.. I myself am quite worried lor..

den the dance team had little volunteers n no actual person to teach us.. sure.. if they expected us to choreograph ourselves, they have to say it first.. den ask people to help choreograph and others can learn and den teach the freshies.. but they din.. just ask ppl volunteer.. n ppl think it's fun and simple with coaches ready join le den waste time.. i admit i was wasting time den becoz i simply just joined for the fun of it. i am prepared to commit if u all are active and ready. but actual fact not.. i am guilty lor.. i really dunno how to choreograph.. den they say it's easy.. wait for others to choreograph den i learn.. but i'm afraid we cant meet deadlines and i am wasting everyone's time. it's quite sad la when in actual fact so much is undone.

We have to learn and grow. But this is quite a odd lesson. The seniors can provide more advice help instead of being there at the end of the day and scolding the leaders for not doing a good job. after all, they are 1st-timers. Some may be natural leaders, but overall, it is still abit ill-managed as not all is running effectively and efficiently. so many people taking on dual or even triple duties. they can beta allocate the tasks so that some are not so stressed n many are doing nothing.

People like me are sitting on the fence doing nothing. I am guilty i admit but seriously i tried to choreograph and i think i copied the seniors' pervious year's moves which will definitely be rejected. So i think if it's still the same case next week, i will help the props or something. beta den sitting there doing nothing and feel guilty and stupid about it.

I apologise if i offend anyone. but i have to speak out and anyway, i dun think anyone involved will visit my blog... I dun mind comments since i'm commenting constructively.. n i'm not offending anyone anyway..
