Getting muscle aches all over from bowling.. can anybody believe it?? Posed too muihc n strained my muscles.. dumb lor... haiz.. anywy.. i'm this type of person.. abit more strain den aching le... so lousy one...
been helping with the housework these days at mom's since we wun be employing maid le n i'm the only one on holiday... the rest still studying.. so ok lor... read newspapers, read storybook, sweep n mop the floor, wash n dry dishes, watch tv, eat, sleep... that's the life... ok la... more worried about mom.. .dunno she'll get aches here and that anot..
went to Dr Woo again early in teh morning.. now my appointment is open date.. if i have problem, den make appointment.. if not, after a year, i'll be automatically discharged by computer.. so just have to relax more la.. make myself so uptight over nothing den worry everyone else... but from young aready have a strong anxiety streak in me.. so ... try la.. but now my frens do ask me not to be so nervous whenever i'm doing so.. so will try my best to calm down.. =}
