Exam is just 4 days away.. i barely know my facts... but i wanna get distinctions n As... so daring rite... haiz.. really wanna do well.. but now so slack.. worried.. but yet not doing anything about it .... worried about Charmaine Ho.. nobody willing to help.. i told my frens.. but when they heard try to donate some cash, any amount possible, then no news le.. sad rite...
some people have difficulties i understand.. even $2 or $5 i think the family wun mind.. a little goes a long way... the family is really struggling to make ends meet as the father does not hold a stable job... Charmaine had just graduated from NYP and wanted to go out to work... but then she was diagnosed with this illness... further depleting the family's meagre resources...
sent an e-mail to Ms Loh, School of IT teacer-in-charge to ask if we can generate mass appeal through NYP since she's an ex-student... n it's more effective than asking through my contacts alone.. but havn't received a reply.. hopefully can get an approval to help her... n Charmaine can recover in the end and go back to leading a happy healthy life...
we all are willing to spend tens and hundreds of dollars each day to buy fanciful clothes, delicious expensive food and accessories.. it's not a everyday chance we really get to save a person's life.. or more to save, a family...
Tink about it, if, unfortunately, you were diagnosed with such an illness, your parents are barely earning enough to raise you and your siblings through school, won't you hope somebody, anybody, can just try to help you in any way? It would be such a good deed done..
you never know when you need help... someday, she or her family might be the one able to help you through your crisis.. in life, everything is unpredictable.. help while you can.. dun regret at the end of your life that you din do enough good deeds to enable your descendants to live healthily and happily... or you cant go to heaven...
sad.. but true.. tink about it.. my aunt and I are helping to collect any amount of cash donations from anyone willing to help... you will be acknowledged for your donations... as the family wants to show their appreciation for your help.. if you are willing to go for a blood donation (A+ blood), refer to my previous blog entry.. THANK YOU!!
