Been anxious!! BAd..... HeLp Me ReLax!!! + Scary dog!!

Been feeling nauseous for about a week now... Everyday in school will be feeling odd throughout... But strangely when I'm home, i'm fine... Thought that I was anxious problem.. Went to see doc just now..... Took MC for choir... Anyway today was sneezing and coughing so much I felt so bad liao... N med still left it over at mum's.... HAiz...If din come back home, will be in school today from 7.40am to around 10pm ah!!! Class from 8am til 6pm, then choir 7 til 10pm... Tired leh... Had decided to go home to bathe and have dinner den go back school for choir... But then felt bad.... Den decided to go doctor get MC... Went to doctor at 7pm... Was down at the foot of the block when a big black dog came running up to me ready to knock me over!!! Was so scared he would bite me lor!!!! REally big leh!! Thought I was a goner!!! Din dare to run... Scared he chase after me and then bite even fiercer!!! Anyway legs just rooted!! den he stop just in front of me, stepping on my toes... His owner shout to him den he turn back.. I want to scream but can't scream... Just a AHhhh!!! Goign to weep lor!!! So scared!!! He step on my toes lor!!!!! Lucky never bite!!! Phew!!!Docalso said that it's anxiety problem... Ask me relax... But i really can't just relax!! Anxiety just creeps into me everyday!!! N I hate it!!!It's so torturing lor!! I'm getting sleepy in lectures and have problems falling asleep at night again... N now, what with the daily bout of nauseousness... It's back again... N I HATE IT!!! IT's just makes me so vulnerable and weak when my immune system is aready so weak and then my brain system is also wrecked... URGGHH!!! Help me!!! To rELAx!!!
