Been busy helping out at FGY doing the VIP List... From last week was working on it... Sunday took a rest and went for calligraphy and then Tuesday went down again hoping to complete it.. 4got what I did on Monday... But Tuesday too havn't been able to put in all the invitations into the envelopes and Wednesday we were working like a factory hoping to rush out all the last of the work... Phew... Fortunately, we managed to complete everything by 5plus... Tuesday I had stayed til about 7pm... Den took a taxi home... Coz it was dark and taking a bus required me to walk thru a dark and boarded up alley... If you were robbed or anything, no one would know coz it's boarded up from the main road.. So quite dangerous for timids and ladies... Which is ME!!!Thursday was easy cause I only had to print out a copy of the guest list for every Venerable and after lunch, grandma and I left... Went to Hougang MAll and in between, was sneezing like anything... Dunno what happened... Just plonked on the bed and fell asleep... The previous 2 days, contacting me on my mobile was tough as I was low batt and my charger was over at mum's.. Wednesday, Justin lent me his den only could I communicate... It shows how reliant Man are on electronic gadgets nowadays.. Friday, went out with Alicia... Finally can enjoy... Morning went to Informatics campus at Jurong coz Wan Ling's DAE application failed and could not get into the nursing course at NYP.. Travelled from Hougang to meet Mum, Ah Yi and Wan Ling.. I also applied for a short Web Page designing course as well which would be on every Saturday 9 to 5 from 9th April to 28th May.. Just before poly starts.. N that also means no more going out on Saturdays... But I wish there was a friend joining me... If not so boring... N i'm afraid I'll fall asleep in class... Friends, any wanna join me?? Gimme a surprise?? HAhah... The course is $882... Teaches us the IN product Flash, and stuff to design webpage instead of HTML and Frontpage... I left the brochure at mum's... It's quite a good think la.. I've always wanted to do something about web-designing after I started my blog... Especially after la... But my basics I learnt since lower primary when I went to CAL was long gone... HAha... Then noon, went to meet Alicia at Orchard.. Went to take her pay... And then went to the Singapore Fashion Festival at Taka... Bought a bottle of lip gloss and the new Hot Curls hair product.. Can straighten and curl your hair as you like one... I bought the Hot curls while Alicia bought the Hot Straight... I dunno if I got her buy's name right... Den there was a free hair makeover and photoshoot by their professionals...As there were lots of people wanting the makeover, so we had to wait til 6.30pm... It was 4plus then... So went shopping then went back for the makeover... I wanted to try curls although my hair was straightened not long ago as I was curious how it'd look like... But went the product, came out, I was aghast!!! IT was like a poodle lor... Initially I had wanted to go for the photo shoot... But then I was shocked when my hair was done as it was totally like wild lor!!!! Then pulled Alicia and ran away... She had gone for the straight as her rebonding faded after a year plus... N she was happy with hers la... Wa... wanted to cry leh...Combed it furiously hoping to soften the effect... AFter a while den get used to it... But stil... Haiz... Den thought since it was aready like this, and missed that free professional shoot, we thought to go to take neoprints at J8 at 7plus... Felt better then though I initially revolted the look... Maybe I was unused to it la.. Thank Goodness it's temporary only and goes away after wash... One of the shots was super fuuny lor!!! We were combing our hair and then the machine was like so fast and in between 1 shot Alicia raised her hand to make the "cheese" sign but in her bid, one hand was the "cheese" sign and the other.... She RAISED THE COMB!!!!!HAhahahha!!! SO Super funny lor!!! Luckily, I was in front of her in that shot and her "cheese" sign and the comb could have a line that says "I'm gonna do her hair!!!" Ahhaha... Totally hilarious...Was laughing like mad on the bus on the way home... Had gastric pains as I din eat much for lunch, only 2 small buns, and 4plus had only a Caramel Ice Blended at Coffee Bean... By the time I reached home, it was 8.50pm... Popo said my hair was nice.. She had always wanted me to perm my hair... Hahha... My aunt said it was nice too... Maybe i mite do it when i'm older... it makes me look 20+ years old rather than 17...

Sunday went to pay respects to my ancestor in the morning... Popo's mum... Then noon, went to FGY... There's the briefing on taking the 5 precepts ceremony by Venerable Master Hsing Yun from Tai Wan on 16th April... Missed calligraphy lesson.. N i'll then miss my Webpage designing lesson... Kept nodding off during the video... I was so afraid it would happen in poly... HAiz... Den learnt how to wear the robes for the rites...
I was asked to be a group leader coz i'm tall... Like coz there's gonna be lots of people taking the precepts and we are arranged in groups.. Gotta take attendance and like if they dunno how to wear the robes, then help them to do it.. I'm also to collect all the robes before the ceremony to place on the stage for blessings and then bring them down for everyone to wear... But i'm afraid i'm not up to the task...
I havn't been there for long and they give me such a big task... Hope I wun disgrace myself by tripping over my robe or taking the wrong pack of robes or being weak in the legs and stuff... Everybody knows i'm weak one... Ok... Those people who know me for long... But no1 at FGY knows my weaknesses... So I hope in front of Buddha, i'll be strong and good... AHhhhhh!!! Scared!!!
