ADMIN DUTY DAY 1
Woke up at 8.30.... Tired... Drained... Still tinking... Wanting but can't snap out of it... Idoitic me....
Reached HCA with Mum at 10am... Den went up to office... Jason's earliest.... N Kee Yih had already given him some instructions... Den after Kee Yih explained what needed to be done, we set about to our tasks. There were 7 of us, me, Mum, Gran, my 2nd aunt, Claira, Michael and Jason.
We had to fold the invite card, write the deceased patients' names on the invite, and paste the name- add label den seal the envelope. Seemed easy but din really turned out so.. Coz of the hundreds of invites we were sending out... Turned out there were some duplicate copies as well... I thought I wud be grief-stricken if I were to receive 2 invites... Like rubbing salt on open wound wen I'm still grieving... Anyway there were too many so we cun sort out then...
11am went to library to do the archiving.. den around 12pm i finished the entire file and went back to join the group... Soon we called it a day and set thursday as the next meeting day. By den should be able to send up all of the invites....
Den we went to Novena Square for lunch... Before that Mum bought 2 blouses while I bought 2 Precious Moments' memo clips!! Den went to Food Junction for lunch then went home... Tonight going alone for Autocad lesson again coz ah yi accompanying Melissa... Hopefully all's well.... For everyone.... N me included....
