Went to Fireworks Festival with Alicia just now!!! Real nice!! Glad we went.. We met at 5.15 at Bugis MRT than went to walk walk around Bugis before settling down to take neoprints!! Havn't met for about 4 years!!!Real fun!! Been taking lots of neoprints recently.. My 3rd time already.. Heehehe.. I liked all of it coz they are all so colourful now.. Den we went to Yoshinoya for dinner and chatted about our past... AFter dinner, we walked from Bugis to Esplanade.. I almost had stitches again.. Lots of people were there already.. n we were thinking that some had been picnicking there from the morning.. We walked aroound for some time trying to get a good place before climbing up in front of the glass panels of the Esplanade facing the sea as we had seen some people sitting there and thought there night be an excellent view siiting there.. We were going to sit down wen security guards chased everyone down from the high seats, fearing that someone may fall in their excitement whilstwatching the firworks.. We continued our quest to search for a good place and after a long time we finally settled in front of a gathering.. There was a celebration of some sorts with a buffet set up and the public was cordoned off.. AT sometime past 8... the FIREWORKS STARTED WITH A BIG BANG!!!! THEY WERE REAL BEAUTIFUL!!!! I'm glad we went!!! It's really very nice.. Heehehee... Though we both agreed it wud be much beta it we had our ... with us..... AFter the fireworks, we walked all the way from Esplanade back to my home!! Wah real far lor.. Very tiring wlak nut we ahd a good conversation lah.. I'm glad we came out.. ALicia saw me to my block before going to take bus home.. Thanks alot for today!! (She almost wanted to see me to the lift!!) =>
