Been staying at gran's since wednesday... Now i'm sleeping late everyday... for weeks already... Coz i have amnesia and can't sleep in the nite.. Muz lie an hour before being able to sleep.. N in the morning very tired.. N not really very active throughout the day as well.. But i still can't sleep well...
Bought ingredients for my making of cookies and chocolate yesterday.. Trying my first attempt today... Searched around Hougang Mall area before finally finding the shop, which was simply a block away from the mall.. Instead, i had walked a big round to get there... Dumb me...
Started making chocolates first coz i cun get the unbleached white flour as instructed in the recipe.. But my attepmt turned awry coz i din tink that water cun mix with the white chocolate and it hardened wen i stired the mixture with a wet pair of chopsticks.. So my attempt to make Jaffa thins failed... N i decided to turn to the cookie cutters to make different shapes of chocolates.. Made quite a mess.... N grandma came to help out, along with Wan Ling and Chern Yue.. N we mixed the dark chocolate with the white chocolate to form new mixtures... Quite dun lah.. But the supposedly 'jaffa thins' failed... Haiz... Nevermind...
Shi bai nai cheng gong zhi mu....
I'm going to make cookies tomorrow!!! N i wanna go swimming tomorrow too!!!
