Baked cookies today!!! Heehhee!!! With Chern Yue's help lah... AT first everything seemed like a big impossible mess but gradually, it turned out ok... BEcoz i referred to the recipe from a library book about coffee and i cun find the unbleached white flour stated in the recipe regardless of me looking thru 3 stores.... Haiz...

In the end i bought self-raising flour n tried..... It seemed weird at first... N oily and not like wat it's supposed to be... But we used the cookie cutters to cut the shape irregardless and started baking the first tray... AT first it seemed to be a disaster coz the dough expanded and all teh shapes merged together in one big lump!! I thought i was going to have to throw it all away... But upon scooping a bit out to taste, it turned out to be edible... After a while, we took the tray out n used the cookie cutters upon the hot big lump...

IT turned out quite well in the end.... HAhah!!!! So we continued baking without much mishaps... n decided to put one big flattened lump of dough in the oven n den cut the shapes after they are baked... HAha.... Quite fun... I asked the maid along to make her own coookies as well ot let her enjoy... AHha.... So fun... Even Jeffrey joined us to make a shape... But most of the time he was just feasting on our cookies lah... Haha...
I enjoy these cookery sessions... THey actually bond people together... HEehee...

I signed up for volunteering.. Hope i get an assignment.. That i can cope with n prove my worth n make both others n myself happy...
