Just back from Bugis.. Had gone there to book tickets for Haunted Mansion.. But no tics liao so changed to Wed.. But the person said can only have one-day advance booking... So bad rite? so having nothing to do n dun wanna go home so fast, i decided to walk over to Bras Bersah... The bookfair's huge alright... But no matter how I searched there wasn't a single copy of Adam Khoo's I Am Gifted So Are You... Ok.. I'm stingy... I wanted to look for the best buy for the book.. So just tried searching n searching... Alas, my search turned out nothing..
So went up to Knowledge bookstore.. A second hand book store... There's lots of books there... N although there's a great deal of new books there, i believe the books are more cheaper then those in Popular.. I bought 2 guide books, 1 for GP, 1 for Econs.... For only $6!! I think it wud be ard $10 in Popular.... But stilll cun find Adam Khoo's book... Den went to Popular... The book cost $27.20 too!!!! WAH!! Ok... Maybe it's becoz i noe of the price for secondary school students so i keep on beliveing $27.20 isn't a reasonable price for the book...
In the end i left without buying it.. For i thought maybe i go home n read Yumei's first... She lent it to me yesterday... Den my mum asked me to go back to Bugis to buy a white shirt for my brother... So i went to Giodarno.... The shop assistants were super polite... N it actually makes u feel bad if u dun buy sth from them.. Haha...
Den as it was raining again, mum asked my aunt to fetch me on her way back to office from Bras Bersah... Went home for lunch... At 4pm... Ok.. Served me right for not eating before i left home... I was so hungry earlier at 2plus i bought a muffin n Lychee tea to ease my hunger first for i began to feel real weak... My grandma asked me when i was bringing her to NYJC.. Den i said i wud most probably going to SRJC.. She was strsongly against my going there, as was the case for my 2 younger brothers n mum... My grandma said the influence was real bad at SRJC.... ( No offence) n dun wan me anywhere near there... Everyone wud rather i go back to NYP... Haiz... So confusing... I'm really in a whirl... Dunno what to do...
Den it seemed as if Jack cud sense my distress or sorts... For he messaged me to ask about my mental preparation... Weird huh???
My grandma n aunt had asked me not to reveal too much about myself to him... for he cud be a bad guy for all i know... Haha... But it's real easy to talk once i'm familiar with some one n it feels like we're good frens for he had spent lots of time persuading me around to the JC path.. Ok.. Maybe i'll be a little more cautious... Coz i'm stupid n gullible n naive n whatever... So, i have to be very careful with who i mix with... Haiz...
